Who we are?

 COSMITEL started in 2009 by it's founder, Jose Luis Tirado with the purpose of creating new jobs and providing world class customer service.   

  Before he started Cosmitel,  Mr. Tirado was Operations Manager for a Call Center Operation and he has been an important and influential entity within the development of the Call Center Industry since 1995. Under his tutelage,  multiple business companies have achieved and well over-exceeded  their sales goals and expectations. 

 CosmiTel's major objective and goal is to provide local and international Business Operations innovative ideas and projects to increase their sales and financial strength with Cosmitel's  staff of Highly Professional Sales associates.
